MCRO is not the same as the BCA Criminal History System. The BCA public search is tied to Minnesota conviction-history data under Minn. Stat. 13.87. It excludes arrest data, juvenile data, federal data, other-state data, and convictions where enough time has passed after sentence completion. Use it for public conviction history, not for a fresh pending charge after a Beltrami County jail arrest.

The county's official Warrant List page is not currently a searchable active-warrant list. It says Beltrami County moved to a new records-management system, that it may take about one year for all active warrants to be populated, and that a public-facing active-warrant list is in development. For current warrant status, the county directs users to Court Administration. The page also says people with Beltrami County warrants may attend warrant court at 8 a.m. Tuesdays at the courthouse.

Booking photographs are separate from many court documents. Minnesota law generally treats booking photos as public data unless temporary withholding is needed for an active investigation, but a later sealing or expungement question should be checked with the court and the agency that holds the record.
